Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and ZeroBuyer when you sell items to us and withdraw your balance. By using the service you agree to them. See also our Privacy Policy.
1.The service
ZeroBuyer buys Murder Mystery 2 items. You hand items over to one of our receiving accounts with an ordinary in-game trade, we add the price of those items to your ZeroBuyer balance, and you withdraw that balance in cryptocurrency.
ZeroBuyer is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the creators of Murder Mystery 2.
2.Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You may only sell items from Roblox accounts that are yours and that you are allowed to trade from.
You are responsible for following the rules of Roblox and of any game you trade in. Using ZeroBuyer does not change your agreement with them.
3.Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your e-mail address. Keep access to that address secure: anyone who can read your e-mail can sign in as you. We never ask for your Roblox password or cookies.
Before you can sell from a Roblox account you link it and prove it is yours, either by a friend request from that account during a sale or by a code placed in its profile. One Roblox account can belong to only one ZeroBuyer account.
4.Selling items
We only buy the items listed on the price list, at the price shown there. Prices are set by us and can change; the price that counts is the one in effect when your trade is completed.
If a trade contains anything we do not buy, our receiver declines the whole trade — take that item out and trade again. If such an item is nevertheless received, contact us and we will arrange to return it.
Items from all trades in a sale are added to your balance when you finish the sale, or when the sale closes on its own after a period without trades. A completed trade is final: items handed over and paid for are not returned.
5.Balance and payouts
Your balance is held in US dollars and paid out in the cryptocurrencies and networks shown in your wallet. Before you request a payout you see the service fee, the network fee and the exact amount you will receive. A minimum payout amount applies.
You are responsible for the address and network you give us. We check that an address is valid for the network you chose, but a payout sent to the address you provided cannot be reversed. Funds sent to an address you do not control, or that your wallet or exchange does not support on that network, cannot be recovered.
Payouts may be reviewed before they are sent, and may be delayed while we check for fraud or errors. A payout you cancel, or that we decline, is returned to your balance.
6.What is not allowed
- Selling items that were stolen, scammed or otherwise obtained without right.
- Using Roblox accounts that are not yours, or linking another person's account.
- Creating several accounts to get around limits, or abusing errors in the service.
- Interfering with the service, its receiving accounts or other users.
7.Blocking and holds
We may block an account, decline or delay a payout, or hold a balance while we investigate, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken, that items or accounts were obtained unlawfully, or that we are required to by law. Where it is safe to, we will tell you why. Balances earned from trades found to involve stolen items may be withheld.
8.Liability
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, and we are not responsible for Roblox, the game, a blockchain network or a third-party wallet or exchange.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the balance in your account at the time of the claim.
9.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects you, we will say so on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
10.Contact
