Privacy Policy

• Account: your e-mail address, the nickname you choose, and a profile picture if you upload one.
• Roblox accounts you link: the user ID, username, display picture and account creation date that Roblox shows publicly.
• Sales: the trades you make with our receivers — which items, when, and what they were worth.
• Money: your balance and every movement of it, the payout addresses you add, and the transactions we send to them.
• Sign-in and security: the IP address and browser of each session, and a record of security-relevant actions such as adding a payout wallet.

We never ask for or store your Roblox password or cookies, and we have no access to your Roblox account. Sign-in codes are stored only as a one-way hash and expire within minutes.

• To run the service: match trades to your account, keep your balance and send payouts.
• To keep it safe: prevent fraud, stolen items and account takeovers.
• To contact you about your account, such as sign-in codes and security notices.
• To keep the financial records we are required to keep.

Cryptocurrency transactions are public by design: anyone can see a payout on its blockchain, including the receiving address and amount, and it cannot be deleted. Our Payouts page lists recent payouts with the amount, coin, network, time and transaction link, next to a shortened form of the nickname (for example “Ch***”) — never your e-mail or account ID. Your Roblox profile and in-game trades are subject to Roblox's own privacy practices.

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of providers to run the service:

• Cloudflare — hosting and protection of the website.
• Neon — our database.
• Resend — sending sign-in and account e-mails.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to investigate fraud or stolen items.

We use one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. It cannot be read by scripts on the page. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Account information is kept while your account is open. Records of trades, balances and payouts are kept for as long as we need them for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations, even after an account is closed. Session records are removed after they expire.

You can change your nickname and picture, and remove linked Roblox accounts and payout wallets from your account at any time. To get a copy of your data, correct it, or close your account, write to support@zerobuyer.net from the e-mail address on your account. Some records, such as completed payouts, cannot be deleted for the reasons above.

The service is for people aged 18 or over (see our Terms). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has an account, contact us and we will close it.
